Accommodation will be at The Sebel and Citigate Hotel, King George Square, Brisbane. If delegate numbers exceed expectations alternate accommodation will be allocated within easy walking distance of the conference venue. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Accommodation will be booked by Carillon Conference Management, therefore it is important for you to return your completed registration form to them as soon as possible. If you have any special needs that the hotel should be aware of, please note your requirements on the registration form.
Important
Upon
check-in at the hotel, delegates will be required to provide an imprint of
their credit card or pay a cash deposit of $150 (as a bond) for any incidental
charges they incur during their stay.
The hotel will not allow delegates to register without a form of deposit.

Delegates
are responsible for any additional hotel costs such as mini bar, in-house movie
rental and phone calls.

Delegates
who choose to stay in Brisbane longer than the conference period will need to
meet all associated costs for their extended stay.
Meals
Breakfasts
are included with your accommodation booking. All other meals, during the
conference program, on Thursday, 29 April and Friday, 30 April 2010 will be
provided by OATSIH at The Sebel and Citigate Hotel.
Dinner will not be provided on Wednesday, 28 April 2010, however you are
eligible for reimbursement to a maximum value of $40.00 per delegate.
