Free membership to the Property
Millionaires Club™ (PMC™) is open to all Club Members. Are you eligible? Any
member who has purchased through the Club can apply once they have reached a
certain amount of debt or equity.
The PMC™
offers its members exclusive apparel, advanced workshops and the opportunity to
enjoy their success by participating in social dinners and travel locally and
abroad at group rates. A recent trip had PMC™ Members on a tour of Alaska and
the Rockies. After all, the benefit of successful property investment is to
enjoy your life, not only in retirement, but now!
· Silver Membership : Own any property
worth at least AU$1m in value (or AU$500k equity) including at least 1 Club
property
· Gold Membership : Own at least 2
Club properties worth at least AU$1m in value (include family home even if
non-Club).
· Gold Plus Membership : Own at least
3 Club properties worth at least AU$2m in value (include family home even if
non-Club).
· Diamond Membership : Own at least 5
Club properties worth at least AU$5m in value (include family home even if
non-Club).
Platinum
Membership : Own at least 10 Club properties worth at least AU$10m in value
(include family home even if non-Club).
