ASHLEY GORDON
Director, Client Relations
Ashley founded CCM in 1985 and has been responsible for the successful management of literally hundreds of conferences, of all sizes and scope. He is actively involved in every conference undertaken by CCM. Ashley is a recognised authority on conference management and his advice is regularly sought by government and private sector organisations alike. He serves on numerous advisory committees and Boards. Ashley oversees client relations and service delivery at CCM.

JON GORDON
Director, Operations
Jonathan co-founded CCM in 1985 and has managed all manner of conferences and exhibitions for the past 33 years. Jonathan oversees operations and financial services at CCM and is actively involved in conference finance and budgeting issues. He manages CCM’s supplier relationships.

JESS TUFFLEY
Program Specialist
Jess gained significant experience organising conferences and events for the medical sector at St Andrews War Memorial Hospital and the Optometrist’s Association of Australia in event management roles. Jess delivers exhibition & sponsorship and event finance services to all CCM projects. She is a graduate of Event Management at the University of Queensland.

KATE RUSSELL
Industry & Event Specialist
Kate is an experienced Event Manager with significant experience organising conferences and events in Brisbane venues, including the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Kate manages the Sponsorship, Exhibition and Venue requirements for all CCM projects. Kate has completed a Diploma in Events and is in the process of completing a Diploma in Project Management.

KATE MCNAUGHT
Web & Delegate Specialist
Kate has worked closely with event and conference organisers for more than 16 years. Previously a conference management software trainer, Kate has been with CCM since 2009, specialising in web design, program and delegate services. Kate completed her bachelor degree in Information Systems at Australian Catholic University and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

BRITT LASPINA
Communications & Client Relations Specialist (Maternity Leave)
Britt is an experienced marketing and communications lead with a strong background in design. Previously, working for the Brisbane City Council Lord Mayors Office, Britt worked closely with CCM during the 2019 Asia Pacific Cities Summit. Britt has also worked in events at TAFE Queensland, furthering her experience in the Public Sector. Britt has completed a Bachelor of Business, Double Majoring in Integrated Marketing Communications and Human Resource Management from the Queensland University of Technology.
