ASHLEY GORDON   

Director, Client Relations

Ashley founded CCM in 1985 and has been responsible for the successful management of literally hundreds of conferences, of all sizes and scope. He is actively involved in every conference undertaken by CCM. Ashley is a recognised authority on conference management and his advice is regularly sought by government and private sector organisations alike. He serves on numerous advisory committees and Boards. Ashley oversees client relations and service delivery at CCM. 

JON GORDON           

Director, Operations

Jonathan co-founded CCM in 1985 and has managed all manner of conferences and exhibitions for the past 33 years. Jonathan oversees operations and financial services at CCM and is actively involved in conference finance and budgeting issues. He manages CCM’s supplier relationships. 

HIEN LE                    

Program Specialist

Hien has many years of wide-ranging experience in Management and has facilitated Program management at numerous conferences and events. Hien administers all Program Services for CCM.  Hien is a Double Degree Graduate in Bachelor of Environmental Science / Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University and has also completed Event Management studies.

KATE MCNAUGHT                    

Delegate, Program & Web Specialist

Kate has worked closely with event and conference organisers for more than 13 years, Previously a conference management software trainer, Kate has been with CCM for over 10 years, specialising in web design, program and delegate services.  Kate completed her bachelor degree in Information Systems at Australian Catholic University and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

CLAUDIA SEPÚLVEDA                   

Client Relations & Communications Specialist

Claudia has extensive experience in digital marketing, corporate communications and marketing collateral. Claudia implements each conference’s marketing plan and serves as liaison with the client. Claudia graduated with a Master of Communications and Public Relations at the University of Queensland.

JESS TUFFLEY                   

Industry & Event Specialist

Jess gained significant experience organising conferences and events for the medical sector at St Andrews War Memorial Hospital and the Optometrist’s Association of Australia in event management roles. Jess delivers exhibition & sponsorship and event finance services to all CCM projects. She is a graduate of Event Management at the University of Queensland.
