Internationally regarded as one of the most important gatherings of City Leaders, APCS is held once every two years, rotating between Brisbane and international host cities. CCM has enjoyed a long association with APCS.  We have been appointed to provide comprehensive management services to every APCS in Brisbane since 2015 (2015, 2019, 2021, 2023) and to support offshore editions of the event in 2013 (Kaohsiung, Taiwan), 2017 (Daejeon, South Korea) and 2025 (Dubai, UAE).

APCS is unique in that it is an international conference of Cities, not nations. It is focused on bringing businesses, industry and city governments together to enable them to build relationships and effectively contribute to the success and sustainability of cities into the future.

• The 2019APCS won the prestigious Best Conference in Australia Award, presented in 2020;

• 1158 delegates attended the 2023 edition;

• 171 Cities were represented;

• 118 Mayors attended, making it one of the largest international gatherings of City Leaders;

• When surveyed post-conference, an incredible 100% of attendees said they were likely to attend a future APCS and 94% expressed they were satisfied or highly satisfied with the event;

• CCM provided comprehensive management across all components of the event and delivered many innovations to delivery;

• Special aspects of CCM’s services included a major contribution to achieving a new record for sponsorship support, creative concepts for the exceptionally successful social events and managing arrangements for the Mayors Forum, an interactive, discussion-based forum;

• CCM’s Premium App was deployed at APCS, with special features enabling delegates to set appointments and book meetings rooms within the App.
