Since its establishment in Brisbane in 1985, Carillon Conference Management (CCM) has delivered over 500 major conferences, congresses and conventions throughout Australia and across the world.

CCM offers a complete range of conference management services – we provide the people and resources you need to fulfill your conference ambitions. From project inception to successful implementation, CCM is with you every step of the way.

CCM was founded by brothers Ashley and Jonathan Gordon in 1985 and remains under the same ownership to this day. CCM clients enjoy the security and comfort that only unparalleled experience can provide.

CCM delivers services differently. A Proprietor/Director is assigned to lead each and every project we undertake. Services are provided by a team of specialists, each professionally qualified and experienced in their areas of specialty. The benefit to clients is that an entire team of specialists works on their project, not an individual project manager. We call this delivering the difference and it makes an immense contribution to the efficiency and success of the projects we manage.

Importantly, CCM is an Australian Queensland-based company and all of our operations are provided from our offices in Brisbane. CCM does not off-shore any services.

CCM has been acknowledged as a leader in its field in Australia and overseas. In 2013 CCM received the Best Conference Award at the Australian Event Awards for the 34th International Geological Congress (IGC). The IGC was the most complex and largest scientific conference ever staged in Queensland, attracting 6012 delegates from 139 countries and featuring a program of 3850 oral and 2300 poster presentations. Further, CCM has been an Australian Event Awards National and State Finalist on numerous occasions.
